Preparing for Your QHHT Session
The most important preparation begins the moment you decide to book your session. Establish clear and direct communication with your Higher Self:
✨ Say to yourself, “I have a clear and direct communication with my Higher Self.” (Notice the present tense.)
✨ Repeat this intention silently or aloud throughout your day, especially before sleep.
✨ Place a reminder on your mirror or by your bedside to keep this focus alive.
Meditation in the days leading up to your session helps you relax into the experience. If you are new to meditation, guided meditations or visualization practices before sleep are a wonderful way to begin.
The Session Experience

Each session lasts approximately 5 hours – dress comfortably

Prepare a list of questions for your Higher Self

Eat a light meal beforehand, but avoid caffeine or alcohol; drink plenty of water in the days before

Before arrival, take time to relax—through meditation, a walk, or quiet reflection

Afterward, I will offer tea, water, fresh fruit, and a warm bowl of quinoa to gently ground you back into the day
